Full Practice Fall Session II - TUESDAYS

Tuesday afternoons: October 31, November 7, 14 & 28, December 5 & 12 (no class November 21).

This guided series creates a personalized, in-depth experience for students, committed practitioners, and teachers of all levels. Expanded class time allows for a traditional format including preparatory work, asana/vinyasa, pranayama, meditation and discussion. The session-based format provides a supportive environment geared toward consistent personal progress.

Although the group will practice together, individual adaptations and adjustments will be given. Sessions will be rooted in early Yoga texts, which provide an essential framework for practice but have largely been forgotten in modern times. Expand your understanding of yoga, build upon what you know, and deepen your relationship with the practice and its infinite benefits.

This series is appropriate for students with experience and teachers of all levels. Cost: $159 per person for full series.

Drop-ins: $29 per class - allowed for previous participants in Full Practice Format or those with instructor approval.

Please note that this series is separate and distinct from Thursday series. Make ups permitted with instructor permission. A $43 discount is available (combined total, $275) on combined cost of participating in concurrent Tuesday and Thursday series. Discount taken in person or by phone only.
